APPLICATIONS LINEAR AND SWITCHING INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION The MJE340 is a Silicon Epitaxial Planar NPN transistor intended for use in medium power linear and switching applications. It is mounted in SOT-32. The complementary PNP type is MJE350.
